Don’t miss the next webinar organised by SMaP on the topic: ‘AI-driven multi-agent system for supporting technical auditing of risk analysis’
This conference, offered in English, and exclusively online, will be led by Mr. Ederson Carvalhar Fernandes, Lecturer and Researcher at Centro Universitário Internacional (UNINTER), Brazil. Registration for this conference is free.
Programme
- Traditional FMEA in practice: How FMEA supports risk management in product and process development projects, and where it sits in the project lifecycle.
- The audit problem: Why reviewing an FMEA is slow, inconsistent and dependent on scarce senior experts. Typical failures include vague failure modes, inconsistent severity/occurrence/detection ratings, missing actions and copy-paste from previous projects.
- What we set out to solve: Supporting the auditors, not replacing them, so that risk reviews become faster, more consistent and more traceable.
- How a multi-agent AI system works: A practical overview of specialized AI agents that extract, standardize, question and quality-check an FMEA, with the auditor staying in control.
- Live demonstration: A real FMEA goes through the system, from upload and structuring to AI-generated critical questions, the auditor’s review and the final audit report.
- Next steps and future improvements
How it relates to project management: risk management is a core project management process. Better FMEA audits mean fewer late design changes, fewer quality issues at launch and better lessons learned from one project to the next.
About the speaker :
